Apply Lights-Out to your designs wherever you would like it to Glow.

You simply paint it on top of the nails before your finish layer of gel. 

You can use it as a design or over the entire nail. It is clear therefore it will not change your nail color. It will "charge" during the day as it is exposed to light and when the lights go out you have the coolest glowing nail!
