Touch Perla Cover Base is a collection of five amazing camouflaging bases that combine a delicate base with pearl powder. No need to rub in anything, just apply the camouflaging Perla Base and enjoy the unique shine under sunlight or artificial lighting. The base can be applied in a standard leveling layer or you can use a dotting tool or fine brush to create various lines for cosmic reflections.

Application method:

1. Standard nail plate preparation:
   Surface filing with a 240 grit file or buffer
   Dehydrate the nail plate
   Apply dehydrator
   Apply primer/ultrabond (acid-free primer) semi-dry with a brush, avoiding skin contact. Best applied to the nail tip, without layering.
2. Apply a clear elastic base coat thinly or with a rubbing motion.
3. Cure.
4. Perform standard leveling with Perla Cover Base. The maximum thickness at the apex should not exceed 1mm.
5. Leave as it is or use a fine brush to create various patterns.
6. File the edge to form thickness and shape structure.
7. If nails are longer than average, strengthen first with a hard material before applying Perla Base.

Curing Time: LED lamp 48W - 60 seconds.
