Touch Top Flash is a finishing coat infused with millions of tiny light-reflecting particles. Its dense consistency ensures smooth application without running or smudging. It creates an incredible effect on nails, with a soft sparkle in daylight and a brilliant shine under artificial lighting.

Application Method:

1. Apply a thin layer and gently level with a small drop of top coat.

4. Do not wipe after drying, as it is non-sticky.

Curing Time: 48W LED lamp -  90-120 seconds.
