Touch Mix 12in1 2 Upper Forms – reusable upper forms for gel and polygel nail extensions by TOUCH. These forms simplify the process of modeling nails in various shapes and lengths, meeting all the needs of a nail technician with one set.

The set includes 4 types of forms, each with 3 sections of different lengths, offering a total of 12 variations. It contains 288 upper forms, with 24 pieces per size.

The primary advantage of the upper forms is that they provide nails with a natural curve and correct architecture after material application. They ensure sufficient material thickness in the apex area and form a well-defined nail arch. After modeling with these upper forms, no surface filing is required—only minimal adjustments to the shape and underside of the sculpted nail. The forms are made from flexible material, have convenient markings, and are transparent to allow precise control over the modeling process.

Oval Small Arch 30°: For standard or flat nail plates, suitable for oval or short square extensions.

Arch Almond Arch 50°: For standard and more arched nail plates, perfect for almond shapes of varying lengths. Includes a form with markings for sculpted French nails.

Arch Square Arch 50°: For arched, standard, or upward-growing nails, suitable for precise arched square extensions.

Application method:
- Prepare the Nail Plate:
- File the surface with a 180-grit file or buffer.
- Degrease the nail plate.
- Apply dehydrator.
- Use primer/ultrabond (acid-free primer), applying with a semi-dry brush, avoiding contact with the skin, and without layering.
- Apply a thin or rubbed layer of transparent elastic base.
- Cure the base layer.
- Choose the appropriate form size for the nail.
- Apply material to the form.
- Place the form onto the nail with a pressing motion.
- Cure with an LED flashlight for 15 seconds.
- Shape the underside of the free edge.
- Cure under a lamp for 60 seconds.
- Carefully remove the upper form from the sculpted nail.
- Apply gel polish or finish with a topcoat.
